Try this antioxidant packed herbal matcha mocktail to improve focus and energy!

The soothing matcha in the blend will provide steady sustained energy, paired with the memory boosting abilities from the ginko tea, and the adaptive focus aid that is L-Theanine. This is the perfect mocktail for a productive weekend morning!

Ingredients 

Fresh Mint or Lemon Balm Leaves

1 Teaspoon Agave Nectar

3/4 Cup Coconut Water

1/4 Cup Ginko Tea – Cooled

1 Cup Seltzer Water

2 tablespoon Lime Juice

1 Teaspoon Matcha tea Powder

1 Serving L-Theanine Powder

Instructions:

  • Muddle Mint or Lemon Balm leaves with Agave at the bottom of a shaker
  • Add coconut water, cooled ginko tea, lime juice, matcha powder, L-Theanine and ice.
  • Shake vigorously
  • Add ice to serving glasses and strain mixture into serving cups
  • Top with with seltzer & garnish
