Garlic Parm Kale Chips Recipe

Ingredients:
– 1 bunch of kale (curly or lacinato)
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– Garlic Salt
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven to 300°F (150°C).

2. Prepare Kale:
Wash the kale thoroughly and dry it completely. Remove the thick stems and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

3. Season:
In a large bowl, toss the kale pieces with olive oil, ensuring they are evenly coated (this should be a light coating they shouldn’t be dripping wet). Place evenly on a baking tray and sprinkle the garlic salt and any other desired seasoning over the kale. Make sure they are not overlapping to ensure they cook evenly and become crispy.

4. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the kale chips are crispy and slightly golden. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning, especially in the last few minutes of baking.

5. Add Parm:
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over, put back in the oven for an additional for a few minutes to melt the cheese. Watch carefully to avoid burning.

6. Let Cool:
Remove from the oven and let cool. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.

Enjoy!
Store any leftovers in an airtight container to keep them crispy.
